Woof Me highly recommends to make yourself familiar with our Refund/Exchange & Replacement Policy before you make any purchases from our website, so you avoid any disappointment.
Woof Me will always try to keep you satisfied and happy so we will accept returns or exchanges in case you change your mind, if certain criteria are made:
Where you wish to return an item you should first contact us by email at email@example.com quoting your order reference number and whether you are requesting a replacement, exchange or a refund.
You must arrange to return the product within 14 calendar days from date you received the order. If 14 calendar days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, replacement or exchange.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and any tags must be intact. Products that have pet hair or emit any odours will not be eligible for a replacement, exchange or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a replacement, exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a sealable condition or are damaged.
Woof Me does not cover the return shipping cost. The customer is held responsible for paying the shipping cost when returning a product and is highly recommended a registered delivery service as Woof Me cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Once we receive your item, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we received your item and if it meets the above requirements, we will arrange the replacement, exchange or refund as soon as possible.
Please inspect the product before you accept it from the courier and if you can see that the goods are visibly damaged, you should refuse to accept the delivery.
If you discover that the item is defective, damaged or broken you should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours by sending us a photo of the product, your order number and if you would like a replacement or a refund. Exchanges cannot be made if the product is defective, damaged or broken.
You should then arrange to return it to us within 10 days from the day you received it.
In this case, Woof Me will cover the return cost and refund it to you along with the cost of the goods once we receive it.
Woof Me will also cover the delivery cost of the replacement (if this is what you choose).
Once your return arrives and get inspected, Woof Me will issue a refund as soon as possible onto the original payment card/gateway. Please note, that the refund can take a couple of days to show up to your account.
